Thanks to the sharing of your resources’ commitments, everyone will be informed in real-time about daily and future activities and any unforeseen changes.

Skills and availabilities

With PlanningPME, it’s possible and very simple! You can manage the work schedules of your staff, indicate who has specific skills, and ask PlanningPME to provide you with the first availability of a group of colleagues to involve in a meeting.

Leave management, permits , abcence

Nothing could be easier than visualizing and entering the vacations of each employee and organizing the schedule based on the presence of each person. A specific function of PlanningPME “moves” for you all the activities assigned to a resource when they are temporarily unavailable due to illness, unforeseen circumstances, or vacation.
All activities are collected in a special Reassignment List to allow you full control over current tasks.
