Any data you may provide to Fmi Consulting when requesting information through this website will be processed in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) regarding the protection of personal data. 

Fmi Consulting informs the user of the following:

NATURE OF THE DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

User data is collected and used exclusively for purposes directly related and instrumental to sending communications strictly relevant to the activities of Fmi Consulting, via email, containing notifications of news, updates, and initiatives of the company owner and for the use of the website itself. Outside of these assumptions, the data will not be communicated to third parties or disseminated, except in the cases provided below and mandatory for the administrative processing of the procedures that may concern the user. The data is not used for mass profiling procedures. 

WHAT DATA WE PROCESS 

Identifying data, as received from the user who registers or voluntarily transmits it, includes their name, phone number, company email address, and the company they are contacting us from. 

Sensitive Data: We do not process sensitive data, such as religion, ethnic origin, political party affiliation, etc. Judicial data: we do not process any data. 

MANDATORY NATURE OF DATA PROVISION 

Providing the data requested during registration for the purpose of sending communications, including periodic ones, via email containing updates and information about Fmi Consulting initiatives is optional and voluntary. 

DATA COMMUNICATION 

The user’s personal data is not subject to any dissemination. Without prejudice to the company data necessary for registering the software licenses acquired from the software manufacturer who issues them. For Software PlanningPME, the registration data for software licenses and web subscriptions is transmitted to the manufacturer Target Skills in France, with whom Fmi consulting has a contractual distribution agreement for Italy. 

PROCESSING METHODS 

Data is collected electronically and processed through registration, consultation, communication, storage, and deletion operations, primarily using electronic tools, ensuring the implementation of appropriate measures for the security of the processed data and guaranteeing its confidentiality. Specifically, the Data Controller declares that the data is protected against the risk of intrusion and unauthorised access and that it has also adopted appropriate security measures to ensure the integrity and availability of the data, as well as the protection of the areas and premises relevant for their storage and accessibility. The Data Controller guarantees the highest level of security in the management of user data.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS 

The user has the right to obtain, at any time, confirmation of the existence of data concerning them and the purposes for which they are used. You also have the right to request the updating or rectification, deletion or blocking of data and to object, in whole or in part, to their processing. To exercise the aforementioned rights, as well as to receive information regarding the entities where your data is stored or to whom it is communicated, or about the entities who, as data controllers or processors, may become aware of your data, you can contact the Data Controller.

The data subject has the right to obtain an indication:

a) on the origin of the personal data;

b) the purposes and methods of the processing;

c) of the applied logic in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;

d) the identification details of the Data Controller;

e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as the designated representative within the State, as data controllers or data processors.

The data subject also has the right to obtain:

a) updating, rectification, or, where applicable, integration of the data;

b) the deletion, anonymisation, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

c) confirmation that the operations referred to in points (a) and (b) have been brought to the attention, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, unless this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the right protected.

The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, as well as relevant to the purpose of the collection;

b) to the processing of his personal data for the sending of advertising or direct sales material or for the conduct of market research or commercial communications.

DURATION OF THE TREATMENT

The treatment will last for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 10 years following the termination of the contract. In specific cases, such as legal disputes, the duration will be subject to the terms for exercising the right to appeal and, in any case, subject to the administrative and legal needs of the Data Controller.

Once the deadline has passed, the data will be deleted in accordance with the deletion and backup procedures.

TREATMENT INTERRUPTION

In the event of treatment termination, following the loss of the need to maintain a database of names useful for the commercial and administrative needs of Fmi consulting, or upon the request for deletion by the interested User, the data will be destroyed. If this is not possible for administrative and tax purposes of the Company, it will in no case be disseminated.
