Our initial requirements were to find a computer-based and shared support system for internal production planning and product installation at the end customer. The requirements were completely met; we began utilising two separate schedules, one for production planning, which allowed us to track the progress of orders at various stages, and the other for installations, which allowed us to manage the work of the various installation teams. We changed our strategy over the years, integrating the two databases into a single view.

By using PlanningPME, we have developed a company procedure that allows us to always keep track of the work to be done, the work in progress, and the completed work, and to schedule our workforce day by day, week by week, enabling us to coordinate internally. Thanks to its easy and intuitive interface and the ability to quickly and smoothly reschedule times and people, the work - "construction sites" - is always organised and visible to everyone, at any time.

We needed a planning system that would integrate data from our AS400 with installation planning at our customers' sites and allow technicians to manage field activities simply. PlanningPME was easily integrated with the management software and allowed us to schedule teams right away. We then added the PlanningConnect features, which, with the app's functionalities, allowed us to avoid transmitting work orders and simultaneously receive signed intervention reports in real-time from the team leaders' schedules.

We were looking for a planning system that would meet the specific scheduling needs of a cleaning cooperative with several employees to coordinate across our clients. The software had to be easy to use, allowing us to manage the service with our coordinators while also speeding up the communication of shifts to the various staff and collecting service execution data in a single tool. By leveraging the planning features of PlanningPME and the time transmission and collection capabilities of PlanningConnect, we have improved management times and overall management capacity.
